Returns and Exchanges

Carolina Cara Art does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds for Order Cancellation within 48 Hours:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel an order within the 48-hour window, please contact our customer support team via email at carolinacaraart@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund process.

Refunds for Order Cancellation by Carolina Cara Art:
In rare instances, Carolina Cara Art reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, product unavailability, or other reasons. If your order is canceled by Carolina Cara Art, a full refund will be issued to you using the original payment method. We will make every effort to notify you promptly if such a situation arises.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
