My earliest memories of art trace back to when I was just 4 years old, spending time in my grandmother's atelier in São Paulo, Brazil. However, it was my 7th grade art teacher who truly ignited my passion for art, encouraging me to take my interest more seriously. This support was a turning point, helping me to see art not just as a hobby, but as a calling.

I find my inspiration in the intricate details of realism and the precision of medical illustration in the form of oil painting and drawing. This fascination is reflected in my love for drawing animals and anatomy.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling new places, and immersing myself in the pages of a good book. I also have an adorable sausage dog named Penny (pictured).

My passion for art is paralleled by my dedication to making the visual arts accessible to everyone, leading me to a fulfilling career as an accessibility specialist. My academic path took me to Texas A&M, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design followed by a Master of Science in Diversity, Access, and Inclusion. Today, I work to make websites and apps more accessible, ensuring that the digital world can be enjoyed by all.
